Return Policy
StockingShopping.com must be
notified within 5 days of receipt of merchandise for any shortage of quantities
and dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. Without such notification, it
will be considered that the customer has completely accepted the order as
shipped and invoiced.
All returns must include a prior
return authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all
packages and related documents. It is your responsibility to pay all return
freight charges unless otherwise authorized. Any return without a valid
authorization number will be refused. Products that show signs of customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit. All returns are
subject to a 15% restocking fee and returns for exchange will be charged $4.75
for the return shipment.
Damaged shipment from handling
must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged,
be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after
the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return
and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a
defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused
by the freight carrier.
We cannot accept returns on opened packages,
merchandise that has been worn or on bras and underwear
